About Us

Our Story

As a young adult I witnessed a lot of companies taking advantage of people whether it was due to unreliability, poor workmanship or something else. I saw a need within my community and set out to change that, knowing how much I've always enjoyed working outdoors. I knew I wanted my business to grow and make an impact in Charlotte County and the surrounding areas. I wanted to be an active part of the community.

After talking with a mentor in north Florida, and a local friend I had no doubt I could accomplish what I set out to do. A sixth generation Floridian with my grandmother Myrtice Santini having worked for Punta Gorda and Charlotte High School for over 37 years and my father Eugene Santini having 40 years worth of local experience as an electrician, I knew my business would have a place in our community.

In 2018 I started out with a small loan to purchase a mower and trailer. My first account was my grandmother's hair dresser from three houses down, a property we still maintain to this day. As my accounts grew clients asked for referrals for other services. With recommendations few and far between, I saw a growing need for more. It was then I began to develop all of our currently offered services. Seven years later we are proud as a company to also contribute in our community by sponsoring a local high school scholarship for entrepreneurs, sports teams and events at the local elementary school, 4-H, charity golf tournaments and our annual Christmas parade.
